Yeah - the Ottavio Quattrocchi who bilked several tens of billions of Rupees off a dubious arms deal andtook the first flight he could out of Delhi (after living there for decades) when word started getting out.

Now, this woman, who as president of the party leading the ruling coalition has ZERO constitutional authority, accompanies the Prime Minister on foreign trips, where she meets foreign leaders one on one to decide policy. And maybe talk some more dirty deals, huh? (wink, wink, nudge, nudge..)
